Hello, I am, Selina an empowerment coach and holistic therapist who loves to drum, I gained my diploma in reflexology, massage, and aroma therapy in 2013 and have been treating people since. I love working with the mind, body, and spirit to bring balance into people lives.
In 2016 I took the steps to become a firewalking instructor and empowerment coach, I help empower individuals by guiding them through transformative experiences using the tools I learnt including fire walking, a practice that symbolizes courage, trust and stepping into the unknown. I am also a breathwork facilitator, offering a space for deep healing and self discovery through the power of the breath. I love to help people see how amazing they are, using the tools I learnt I can help people step out of their comfort zone and push the boundaries of their own beliefs.
I love all things magical and mystical and with a deep rooted passion for spirituality I have spent most of my life in spiritual development groups and Shamanic earth based practices ,which has shaped my understanding of energy and connection to the natural world, learning about the connection between the ordinary and the extra ordinary, giving mediumship demonstrations and readings over the past 20 years, these experiences have inspired the heart centred work I do today.
In addition to my healing work, I have a passion for playing and making drums, I genuinely believe in the rhythmic power of the drums for grounding and connection and mix this with the breath.
I also run drum making workshops and empowering days which can help elevate the mind, body, and soul connection.
My love for the mystical and magical flows into all areas of my life, from my passion for gardening to spending time with beloved bulldog Sky.
I look forward to connecting with others on a path of personal growth, empowerment, and heart-based transformation.
I am fully qualified and insured for everything I offer.

What to bring – a drum if you have one, I do have some to share, a yoga mat and pillow for the breath work and a bottle of water.
