Kate has been working with complementary therapies since she was in her 20’s. She has first-hand experience on how therapies can help in different situations due to her and families health issues. Over the last 15 years, Kate has found a love of nutrition and how changes in diets can have different impacts on a person’s health. She recognises that there is not a one for all diet – what may suit one person, may not suit another.
