Last week I had a reflexology treatment with Jill. one word described it AMAZING. I have never had a reflexology treatment before, so it was a new experience. I found it ever so relaxing and afterwards I felt more energetic as well. I wondered if there would be much pressure used on the points and so if it would hurt or be uncomfortable – but it really wasn’t. I had also wondered how I would cope with my feet being touch as I have very ticklish feet – but again it was absolutely fine.
I really enjoyed the experience and would absolutely have another treatment from Jill. Jill has a very calming deminer and put me right at ease. I completely relaxed and floated away in my thoughts. It was just what I needed.
