What to expect

Drumming – Through the rhythmic beat of the drum, you will be guided to tap into the primal power of sound and vibration. No experience is necessary – weather you are familiar with drumming or a first timer, this circle welcomes everyone. Feel the collective energy as we create a heart centred rhythm, connecting to each other and to something deeper within ourselves.

Stress relief – Drumming helps reduce stress by promoting relaxation and calming the mind, repetitive rhythms can bring about a meditative state, quieting mental chatter and grounding your energy.

  • Breathwork – During the drumming we will connect to our breath and learn how to use it to our advantage, we will also transition to a guided breathwork journey which will be laying down, you can be seated for this part of the circle. Conscious breathwork techniques will help you release tension, process emotions, and invite a state of deep relaxation. The breath is a powerful tool to move energy, clear blockages, and reconnect with your inner peace and clarity.

    This circle is open to everyone, weather you are experienced in these practices or simply curious to try something new. Drums and instruments will be provided, or feel free to bring your own if you have one. Come with an open mind and heart, and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded and connected.
