Breathwork – During the drumming we will connect to our breath and learn how to use it to our advantage, we will also transition to a guided breathwork journey which will be laying down, you can be seated for this part of the circle. Conscious breathwork techniques will help you release tension, process emotions, and invite a state of deep relaxation. The breath is a powerful tool to move energy, clear blockages, and reconnect with your inner peace and clarity.
